Welcome to Aroma Oils. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All products are handmade and carefully prepared in Australia.
Our fragrances are inspired by designer brands but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any original brand or trademark.

2. Product Use

Perfumes, Aroma Oils, Aroma Mists, and related products are for external use only.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or ingestion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal delays.
Aroma Oils is not responsible for delays once an order has been lodged with the courier.

Aroma Oils is not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse of products.

At Aroma Oils, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please see our policy below:

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aroma-oils.com.au with your order details and a photo of the product. We will happily replace or refund the item.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return postage and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
